Our mission is to build up a strong collaborative network of golf courses and clubs.
Big Golf Days will be holding an Open-day and a Big Golf day at each of the clubs over the next 12 months or so.
That’s a potential 10,000 new memberships to share amongst those 100 partner courses, more green fees, more lessons and equipment sales, more revenue for the club bars and restaurants benefitting all!
In addition, we intend to create a supplier network that all of the clubs can benefit from, securing better discounts and options as a “co-op” group rather than the clubs trying to negotiate as individuals.
This will help all of the clubs reduce their operational costs so they can provide better service with less outgoings.
This is novel and new in the game of golf, but the golf community is evolving fast and if we are going to benefit from the rapidly expanding market, then we need to do this together, rather than trying to compete against each other.
Collaborating like this, every course will benefit. As every course is unique, has something special to offer and should benefit from working towards a circular economy where everyone has a chance to grow.
There will be a forum and a network the courses will be subscribed to, with the opportunity to discuss business and work with others on securing good deals with suppliers and vendors on everything from Beer, wines and spirits, to merchandise and apparel, to sand in the bunkers and greenkeeping equipment. Everywhere there is a potential expense, there is an opportunity to work together to negotiate better deals for all.
